A student body for the B.Sc., and M.Sc., Criminology and Forensic Science students were formed and the same was named as Scelus Sci Club. It was inaugurated and the logo was launched by eminent guests including Dr.S. Latha, Director, Centre for Cyber Forensics and Information Security and SP from Narcotics Control Bureau, Chennai.
In association with Centre of Excellence in Digital Forensics organized a Seminar on Science Beyond Life through Scelus Sci Club at Seminar Hall Anna Block, Main Campus on 28 May 2025. Ms. Keerthi, Assistant Professor Centre of Excellence in Digital Forensics, Mr. Sankara Narayanan, Assistant Professor Center of Excellence in Digital Forensics, Ms. Stini Sabu, Assistant Professor Center of Excellence in Digital Forensics organized the event on the note.
In association with the Association of Computing Engineers organized a special lecture on The Role of Digital Forensic Expert in Investigating Cyber Crime at Auditorium, Ramanujam Block, Main Campus on 27th December 2024.
